Job Opportunity: Commercial, Assistant Manager (Retail) 

Join our client in driving the growth and performance of Southeast Asia markets! We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Assistant Manager to achieve sales targets and focus on the retailization of existing points of sale (POS) under Wholesale (Retail Partner) operations. The ideal candidate will also manage sales reporting, administrative tasks, product inquiries, and ordering processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Wholesale (Retail Partner) Account Management Support (65%)

  • Define commercial strategies, including incentives, marketing plans, network development, sales order fulfillment, and inventory management.
  • Implement retailization initiatives with clearly defined KPIs and monitor retail metrics, contract strategies, and operating models.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Wholesale (Retail Partners), ensuring high service standards and effective support for the brand.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Training, Operations, VM, CRM, Finance, Security) on network development, animations, displays, logistics, and staff engagement.
  • Partner with the Retail Team to facilitate cross-learning and align Independent Boutiques (IB) and Exclusive Boutiques (EB).
  • Gather insights on POS performance, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
Reporting and Analysis (25%)
  • Prepare and present reports on retailization KPIs, including retail metrics, inventory, SOSI, and auto-replenishment, on a monthly basis.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports as needed to support decision-making.
Events and Projects (10%)
  • Assist in event planning, including invitations and logistical coordination for VIP customers attending overseas events.
  • Support boutique openings, closings, and activations, ensuring strict compliance with SOPs.
  • Assist in Wholesale (Retail Partner) event coordination as required.
Profile Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical skills.
  • A team player with exceptional negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
