As a Client Advisor, you will serve as the brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer experiences, fostering long-term relationships, and achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience, understanding customer needs, preferences, and aspirations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing detailed information about the craftsmanship, materials, and heritage of the brand's jewelry and watch collections.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering outstanding service.
- Drive store performance by identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and maximize sales.
- Proactively network and build a personal client portfolio through clienteling, CRM activities, and outreach events.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product launches, collections, and industry trends.
- Share product knowledge and insights with clients to assist them in making informed purchase decisions.
- Uphold the brand’s image and standards through a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ensure all client transactions are accurately recorded in compliance with company policies.
- Support stock management processes, including inventory checks, product replenishment, and merchandising.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations and an impeccable showroom appearance.
- Participate in in-store and external client events, promoting the brand and its collections.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives to attract high-value clients and drive sales growth.
- Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably in jewelry or watches.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Passion for luxury products and a keen interest in jewelry and horology.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM tools, POS systems, and basic computer applications.
