Title: Program Manager, APAC
Duration: 7 months (until 31st Jan 2025)

Responsibilities:
- Program Calendars/Meetings: Maintain and update the master deliverables list. Collaborate with team leads and responsible parties to ensure timely updates and forecasts of each deliverable before check-in meetings.
- Document Management:
- Work with Program Managers to establish standards and coordinate document management tools.
- Keep all document management repositories updated and logically organized for ease of use by team members.
- Propose and enforce organizational standards to ensure that only relevant and current documents are posted, while old versions are archived.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager Lead to establish a scalable model for document and permission sharing with external partners.
Requirements:
- Skills:
- Highly detail-oriented
- Responsive to varying needs and changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience delivering programs and training at scale.
- Experience working cross-functionally with different global stakeholders.
- Good to have:
- Existing experience in the news sector.
- A track record of working in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, solve complex problems, and scale effectively across a large and highly distributed organization.
- Ability to clarify and communicate complex issues for an executive audience both internally and externally with excellent written, spoken, and presentation skills.
- Experience in business development or partnerships and leading cross-functional operational initiatives (e.g., OKRs, newsletters, etc.).
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
