The Opportunity
  • Autonomously work with teams and partners in complex, cross-functional program plans (requirements, milestones, schedules) in a matrix organization spanning engineering (software), product, user experience, and content.
  • Working with teams and partners, develop end-to-end execution plans for on-time product milestone delivery.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate to develop and execute against partnership goals 
  • Collaboratively build and actualize technical roadmaps, proactively identifying technical dependencies, constraints, risks with mitigation strategies, align on priorities, and chart the execution path for delivery.
  • Drive difficult conversations with cross-functional partner teams for alignment and delivery in an independent manner.
  • Participate in external client meetings
  • Ongoing communication of planning, program status, issues and risks in a timely fashion to stakeholders. Distill complex topics and updates into clear and concise communications to program stakeholders and executive management.
  • Support the creation of technical program management best practices for the team. Design, build, and scale processes and systems that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Background
  • B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in the technology industry as a technical program manager or engineering manager, leading development of software and/or hardware initiatives.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience working on complex media or entertainment products, including working in Unity on Android devices.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through the software development lifecycle and driving tech maturation.
  • Experience in navigating through ambiguity, driving timely decisions, and presenting to diverse groups (technical and non-technical).
  • Experience building and shipping 0→1 products from inception to delivery.
  • Experience in communicating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, collaborators and clients, at different levels.
  • Experience prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.
