Responsibilities
- Lead member growth initiatives across APAC, focusing on SEA and India.
- Create marketing materials that clearly communicate LinkedIn’s value proposition.
- Optimize new member onboarding with the Product and Performance Marketing teams to drive and boost consumer sign up on the company’s platform.
- Develop assets and messaging to boost product adoption and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch impactful campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance and optimize using data-driven insights.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, especially in digital platforms.
- Strong team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required (for supporting the Indonesian market).
- Ability to work in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end campaigns.
- Expertise in analysing data to inform strategy.
- Strong project management and creative problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills for clear, compelling messaging.
