This role will play a pivotal part in managing logistics for critical equipment and supporting strategic projects that enhance operational efficiency and alignment with upcoming business changes. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Internal Coordination & Communication: Act as a liaison among various internal stakeholders, including Engineers, Technical Program Managers, and Sourcing Managers, to ensure compliance with established procedures and smooth progression of shipments in the correct quantity, at the right time, and to the designated locations.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Meetings: Participate in regular meetings with vendors and internal teams, dedicating approximately 10% of work time to coordinate and align on project requirements and operational needs.
  • Purchase Order (PO) & Purchase Request (PR) Management: Oversee the creation and tracking of purchase orders and purchase requests for services and suppliers to maintain seamless workflow and inventory.
  • Tool & System Utilization: Utilize internal and system tools, including Excel, inventory management systems, and Google Drive, to track shipments, manage data, and maintain accurate records.
  • Inventory Management of Equipment: Handle logistics for equipment such as servers, lighting, and other hardware, ensuring all items are accounted for, properly stored, and accessible as needed.
  • Project Support : Assist in key projects such as vendor transitions, warehouse relocations, and process updates, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of these critical initiatives.

     
    Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Drive, and inventory management systems.
  • Working experience of at least 5 years with Data Analytics (SQL) background
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
