- Administrative Support:
- Assist with calendar management, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, documents, and databases.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication within the team and across departments.
- Handle inquiries and relay messages promptly and accurately.
- Travel and Expense Management:
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation as needed.
- Process and manage expense claims and reimbursements
- Event and Meeting Coordination:
- Organize and support team meetings, workshops, and events, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Arrange catering, equipment, and logistics for events and meetings.
- General Office Management:
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure the team workspace is organized and efficient.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for team members
- Proven experience as a Team Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other administrative tools.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
