Marketing Program Manager - 8 Months Contract


Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our client. The Program Manager will play a critical role in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects related to marketing and product adoption programs designed and implemented by the Global Programs Team at the client. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a proven track record of successfully managing complex marketing projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with various cross-functional leads across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Communications to ensure alignment and collaboration in developing and executing marketing programs for advertisers and agencies.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring stakeholder-dependent readiness plans are tracked and reported, including key milestones, risks, contingency planning, and issue escalation.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, balance business objectives with technical and operational constraints, and resolve blocking issues among internal stakeholder groups.
  • Manage information processes, including status updates to executive leaders, escalations, mitigations, and documentation management.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to inspire and educate on available programs, opportunities, and materials.
  • Work closely with Data Science and Analytics teams to determine ROI and measure program efficacy, developing insights to improve existing processes.
  • Effectively manage complex projects across multiple program management, engineering, product, and marketing organizations.
  • Draft and adapt program materials, communications, and collateral for various stakeholders, audiences, channels, and markets.

Skills:

  • Self-starter, comfortable prioritizing work streams and communicating priorities to leadership and stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Strong operational background, bringing teams and functions together to increase efficiency.
  • Comfortable working with a global team spread across multiple time zones and understanding regional nuances; previous experience with global activations is a plus.
  • Experience with east-west coordination and relationship management across levels.
  • Ability to handle the pace and ambiguity of a start-up environment.
  • Experience managing budgets for individual activations and on a larger scale.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
  • Comfortable with data sufficiency and new software for developing reports with actionable insights.
  • Skilled at drafting decks and communication material for internal and external audiences.
  • Prior marketing program or sales experience preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
