Customer Support Representative (APAC Market) - Shift
- Contract until 31 Dec 2024, subject to extension
- Office location: Fusionopolis (Hybrid)
- 10am to 7pm & 1pm to 10pm (Rotating shift, 4 days work week.)
The Opportunity
- Manage customer inquiries through email and social media.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and resolution.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of service cases.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain and update internal knowledge base documents.
Your Background
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Integrity, patience, and empathy in all interactions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Initiative and eagerness to learn.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with digital products, especially OTT streaming services.
- Background in the media/entertainment industry.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar ticketing systems.
- Technical troubleshooting experience on various devices (iOS, Android, Web, TV apps, etc.).
