Customer Support Representative (APAC Market) - Shift

  • Contract until 31 Dec 2024, subject to extension
  • Office location: Fusionopolis (Hybrid)
  • 10am to 7pm & 1pm to 10pm (Rotating shift, 4 days work week.)


The Opportunity

  • Manage customer inquiries through email and social media.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of service cases.
  • Build long-term customer relationships.
  • Maintain and update internal knowledge base documents.

Your Background

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Integrity, patience, and empathy in all interactions.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Initiative and eagerness to learn.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with digital products, especially OTT streaming services.
  • Background in the media/entertainment industry.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar ticketing systems.
  • Technical troubleshooting experience on various devices (iOS, Android, Web, TV apps, etc.).
