Third-Party Risk Management Analyst

The Opportunity

  • Support the implementation of the Third-Party Management Policy and Alternative Control Framework Third Party Management Standard
  • Drive the completion of third-party risk assessments partnering with Business Activity Owners (BAOs) and internal functions.
  • Gather third party relationship level data for inventory system and risk assessments (work with local BAOs)
  • Support project milestones and ensure local inventory is correct
  • Data validation with TPM systems and remediation of discrepancies
  • Submission and tracking of business leveraged controls
  • Contract data review, validation and manual migration to central system
  • Incremental third party control support
  • Promote and deliver continuous training and awareness of the program to the TTS Business.
  • Identify, monitor, track and escalate issues requiring remediation.
  • Ensure the program expectations are met and exceeded including relationships being captured in a centralised inventory and risk assessments being performed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Build and maintaining an excellent relationship with TTS Business Activity Owners (BAOs), Enterprise Third Party Management, Operational Risk Management and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in creating and submitting timely Governance updates on progress against plan, key issues identified and escalating accordingly.


Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking or equivalent
  • Related certifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, ACCA, CISA or similar) preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Third-Party Management, with knowledge of assessing third party risk and associated control requirements within a global financial services organization.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, process improvement, change management, governance, and technology within regulated and complex environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a global team and independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with and influence management and lines of defence partners.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills with the ability to manage and prioritize responsibilities through the effective use of time management and organizational techniques.
  • Energetic with a proven record for risk management innovation, design, and technology with proven success implementing large-scale initiatives.
