Marketing Insights Researcher - APAC

8 Month Contract - Maternity Leave Cover

We're seeking a Marketing Insights Researcher to join the APAC International Marketing Insights team; This person will be responsible for designing, executing and delivering high impact research both quantitative and qualitative, and be able to translate strategic insights from this work into clear actionable implications for business partners.

This role requires proactivity and thinking on your feet to problem solve so that we are able to execute research with high speed across a breadth of topics and countries and then harnessing the data into insights that can provide value to the audience and business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Translate key business questions into a holistic learning plan
  • Design and execute research across foundational understanding of audiences, campaign development, creative and message testing
    • employing multiple research methods if needed in order to answer the objectives,
    • Identifying the right respondent recruitment, tradeoffs on selecting countries for fieldwork
    • Questionnaire crafting
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations/implications that motivates people to apply learnings in marketing and across the organization
  • Work closely with cross functional teams from end to end (Marketing, Creative, Decision Science, Global Marketing Insights teams) - both for crafting research inputs (messages, creatives) but also to embed eventual insights with

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of experience with extensive background in quantitative and qualitative research. APAC regional experience is a must
  • Experience solving blank slate/undefined problems and well-defined problems with a suitable methodology.
  • Experience synthesizing insights/learnings from multiple sources to build holistic and compelling recommendations.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
