The Opportunity
You will be responsible for raising capital, providing financial advisory, underwriting securities, conducting market research and trading, managing risk, and maintaining client relationships.
- Raising Capital:
- Equity Financing: Assisting companies in issuing stocks to raise capital.
- Debt Financing: Helping companies issue bonds or other debt instruments.
- Advisory Services:
- Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including identifying potential targets, negotiating deals, and structuring transactions.
- Corporate Restructuring: Assisting companies in reorganizing their structure to improve efficiency or profitability.
- Underwriting:
- Initial Public Offerings (IPOs): Helping companies go public by underwriting and managing the process of issuing new securities.
- Secondary Offerings: Managing the sale of additional shares for companies that are already publicly traded.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conducting in-depth market analysis to identify trends, assess the value of companies, and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Preparing financial models, valuation reports, and investment proposals.
- Sales and Trading:
- Facilitating the buying and selling of securities for clients, providing liquidity, and helping clients manage their portfolios.
- Risk Management:
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with transactions and investments.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, including corporations, governments, and institutional investors.
- Understanding clients
Your Background
- Degree in Banking or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant working experience.
- Possess strong analytical skills, financial knowledge, and client management abilities
- Deliver exceptional financial solutions to clients.
