Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the retail sector
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in the Philippines
- Proven ability to lead and drive strategic initiatives or changes effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and engage different level of stakeholders.
