Executive Assistant
- 6 months contract - potential to extend/convert.

The Client

The Opportunity
- Directly supports a Senior Manager/s and generally supports an entire department
- Coordinates all aspects of executive level manager appointments, meetings, events and conference calls
- May prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetings
- Maintains visitor log and coordinates employee onboarding, seat allocation, rearrangement and exit formalities
- May assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
- Coordinates on travel arrangements; prepare and distribute schedules/agendas for travel
- Assist COO office in continuity of business planning, recording and monitoring
- Prepares, reconciles, and tracks expense reports through Travel and Entertainment Expense system
- Coordinate control related follow-up with assigned department
- Orders supplies and process invoices through Procure to Pay system
- Assists in ad-hoc reports special projects as needed
- Provide effective back-up coverage to other teams when the respective EA colleague is on leave
Your Background
- Previous office administration or related experience is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, flexible and detail oriented
