Responsibilities:
- Proactively promote credit card products to existing customers across various consumer segments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring an exceptional client experience via telesales.
- Demonstrate excellent follow-up skills, ensuring all customer applications and documentation are completed for timely processing.
- Consistently meet performance standards, business goals, and targets.
- Effectively communicate with customers, both in-person and through telemarketing, to present products and services.
- Confident, detail-oriented, and equipped with strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Sales-driven and self-motivated to meet and exceed targets.
- A team player with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook, with good computer literacy.
- Open to candidates with or without prior work experience.
