- Lead / support the client relationship with key regional and global sellers
- Progress on-going deals and opportunities to mutually grow client & company's business
- Grow account revenue through new account development initiatives e.g., Value Added Services, Commercial & Money Movement Solutions, new capabilities/ product sales.
- Develop strong understanding of clients’ business priorities and drivers to clearly articulate client’s need to broader team
- Deliver disciplined account planning to meet and exceed identified goals and implement strategic initiatives together with cross-functional teams as needed
- Support country teams working on strategic seller initiatives to drive greater business across clusters & the region
- Provide strategic & tactical business development support to the Head of Sellers & broader Sellers team
- 8+ years of experience in payments either with a merchant, payment service provider, financial industry or Fintech
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to build business models and deliver insights
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with variety of stakeholders internally and externally
- Results-oriented and team player who can collaborate effectively across functions and stakeholders to drive desired outcomes outputs
- Experienced in supporting and tracking client-centric strategies within a complex multinational, matrixed organizations
- Innovative and agile with ability to adapt to market needs and changing environment
- Knowledge of payment products and services, spanning Consumer Payments, VAS or CMS is a plus
