Product Management
- Prepare client ready materials for program management, portfolio optimization, and deployment activities.
- Clear understanding of company's existing capabilities and market opportunities to support the team in client and partner engagement.
- Support the team in optimizing Loyalty and Engagement solutions and driving revenue growth for both company and partners.
- Generate and monitor performance reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Self-starter to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Support the team in the development of sales enablement tools such as sales decks, contracts, and obtaining internal stakeholders' approval to ensure compliance.
- Support the team in cross-functional planning and project execution.
- Support the team in managing project status, issues and risk.
- Ensure delivery and successful completion to each phase of the project life.
- Handle project change requests, project priorities, project trade-offs, and project billing and contracts.
- Maintain current project documentation and drive operations excellence with quality, security, operational resilience, and other non-functional requirements.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 5 to 7 years of working experience, preferably focused on loyalty and portfolio optimization solutions.
- Demonstrate understanding of the consumer loyalty landscape and how to apply this to the evolving digital payments world.
- Experience in product management and delivery is highly desired.
- Excellent influencing skills to drive tactical execution with internal stakeholders.
- Strong demonstrated collaborator with the ability to effectively work cross-organizationally.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, resolving conflicting situations.
- Meticulous and have superior communication skills.
- Preferably with solid understanding of the payment industry and payment flows
