- A strong field/events marketing and partner marketing expert, with proven experience in developing and executing B2B enterprise marketing activities to support objectives to senior Managers + audiences; this includes content creation/events/partnership support for Indonesia.
- Drive integrated marketing programs in close collaboration with global marketing, international marketing and Greater China sales and partnerships teams
- Build the relationship with Greater China-based partnerships teams, with whom you will partner closely to develop and execute the marketing plan
- Provide Greater China market market perspective, audience insights, knowledge and strength to help drive initiatives critical to ongoing acquisition, growth and retention of our most valuable prospects and customers
- Deep experience planning, project managing and executing owned and third party events (both virtual and in-person), webinars, digital, social, emails and telemarketing campaigns.
- Strong experience in virtual and in-person event content creation including agendas, speaking briefings/management, high level slide deck development, event abstracts etc.
- Strong interest in and understanding of innovative campaign strategies, best practices, and execution tactics; support regional campaigns too (e.g. content, execution, etc.)
- Manage post-event activities, including cleaning, uploading and tracking of leads and enabling the follow-up teams to drive maximum ROI.
- Excellent ability to partner and work collaboratively with internal and external teams in a fast moving environment; especially strong workings with sales.
- Comfortable working independently under quickly changing conditions and priorities, can manage multiple heterogeneous projects simultaneously.
- Excellent presentation, communication and cross-function stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of marketing and business processes.
- A hunger for continuous learning and improving marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and webinar platforms.
- BA/BS degree
- 8+ years of experience in global enterprise software, and/or cloud-technology companies
- Experience in building a successful B2B enterprise marketing strategy driven by content, digital and strategic events
- Experience using data and insights to develop and measure effective marketing programs
- Experience partnering closely with internal sales organizations
- Experience working in a matrixed organization, across multiple time zones and teams, with experience handling the pace and ambiguity of an evolving product
- Cross-functional, matrix/stakeholder and leadership skills and experience influencing across all levels of the organization
- Communication skills and experience translating complex concepts into simple and intuitive communications
- Creative perspective to bring fresh ideas to product positioning and marketing campaigns
- Experience working as an individual contributor and developing teams
