- Act as the primary brand custodian when engaging with clients, managing high-value clients with assets ranging from $500k to $2M.
- Serve as the client liaison, collaborating with internal teams and partners to fulfill client requests.
- Be the main point of contact for clients regarding credit card services and lifestyle management needs.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the travel and lifestyle preferences of high-net-worth individuals.
- Work closely with external service providers to ensure client needs are not only met reactively but also proactively anticipated.
- Address customer complaints promptly and take appropriate action in real-time, while anticipating issues that may require a proactive approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with operations and affiliated businesses to ensure seamless backend operations.
- Ensure all activities adhere to relevant regulatory guidelines, including those set by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
- Drive business goals related to service and sales of premium card products.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and enhancing overall service quality.
- 3-6 years of experience in relationship management and client service, preferably with high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong interest in travel and lifestyle, with knowledge of the travel, luxury, and hotel industries.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and manage client expectations.
