Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer cases and inquiries related to rewards redemption, providing effective resolutions.
- Design and execute targeted campaigns for the Rewards Program to drive engagement.
- Conduct thorough checks on API integrations and technology transitions to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain detailed MIS reports and dashboards to monitor key program metrics such as redemption rates and program ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements in administration, operations, reporting, and quality control.
- Support additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in banking (preferred).
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team, across different skill sets and cultures.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
