Reports to: Store Manager

Role Overview: The Assistant Store Manager plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our flagship store. This position ensures an exceptional client experience, drives sales performance, and maintains the highest level of brand presentation. The ideal candidate is a passionate leader with a keen eye for detail, strong business acumen, and a deep appreciation for luxury interiors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Assist in overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily functions.
  • Sales & Client Experience: Lead by example in delivering exceptional service, fostering long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Support in recruiting, training, and motivating a high-performing sales team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Visual Merchandising: Uphold brand standards by ensuring immaculate store presentation and assisting in visual merchandising execution.
  • Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate product replenishment, and manage inventory accuracy.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide insights to optimize business strategies.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and luxury service standards.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury furniture, home decor, or high-end lifestyle brands.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to mentor, motivate, and develop a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Sales & Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to drive sales and deliver a world-class shopping experience.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and sales reporting.
  • Aesthetic Sense: Passion for interior design and an appreciation for luxury craftsmanship.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with POS systems, CRM tools, and inventory management software.
