Based in Canberra, Tanya brings over 20 years of extensive experience in designing and managing recruitment campaigns across various sectors, including government, telecommunications, banking, and finance. Her expertise covers a broad range of areas, such as labour hire, permanent and non-ongoing recruitment, volume processes, scribing, Statement of Work (SOW) agreements, and professional services.
Tanya has successfully led projects for prominent organisations, including Services Australia, Home Affairs, Defence, Health, Accenture, IBM, and Infosys. However, her role goes beyond project management; she is responsible for developing and maintaining contractual obligations, serving as an escalation point for client concerns, and ensuring that every client receives tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
